关于2023年学院职业教育教学创新团队

申报工作的通知

各系(部):

为打造高水平教师创新团队,引领高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设,深化教师、教材、教法“三教”改革,根据《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》《国家职业教育改革实施方案》《浙江省职业教育教师教学创新团队建设方案》等文件要求,经研究,决定开展2023年学院职业教育教师教学创新团队申报工作。现将有关事项通知如下:

一、申报类型

1.专业类教师教学创新团队

2.课程类教师教学创新团队

3.中高职一体化类教师教学创新团队

二、申报条件

(一)团队师德师风高尚。全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持“四有好老师”要求,推动全员全过程全方位“三全育人”。团队教师注重坚守专业精神、职业精神和工匠精神,践行社会主义核心价值观,以德立身、以德立学、以德立教,广受师生好评。团队负责人及成员无违反师德师风情况。

(二)团队结构科学合理。团队的年龄、学历、职称、专业、类型结构合理,团队骨干成员一般5~7人且相对稳定。团队中“双师型”教师占比超过70%;具有高级专业技术职称(职务)或相关高级以上职业资格证教师不低于20%;有五年以上相关工作经验的行业企业高级技术人员兼职任教不少于1名;另外中高职一体化类教师教学创新团队成员中至少每所合作中职校再增加1名骨干教师。

(三)团队负责人能力突出。团队负责人原则上应具有高级职称,年龄一般不超过50周岁,具有丰富教学经验、企业实践经历和一定科研能力的专任教师担任。带头人应具有改革创新意识、较高学术成就、较强组织协调能力和合作精神;熟悉相关专业教学标准、职业技能等级标准和职业标准,具有课程开发经验。

(四)教学改革基础良好。重视教育教学改革与研究,持续推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,及时将最新研发成果融入教学,推动信息技术与教育教学融合创新,团队承担市级及以上在线开放课程(含资源共享课程、精品视频公开课程等)开发,并广泛应用于教学实践。

(五)育人特色优势明显。校企合作基础良好,积极开拓中国特色学徒制试点、订单培养等工作,承接过纵横向科技攻关项目或研究课题。毕业生就业率高,师生在全国、省级职业院校技能大赛中获奖。

三、申报程序

1.团队申报。团队根据申报条件自愿申报,填报申报书。已入选市级及以上职业教育教师教学创新团队的专业不再申报,自动列为院级职业教育教师教学创新团队。

2.评审立项。学院组织专家,按照公平、公正、公开的原则,依据《建设方案》和申报条件等要求,对申报团队及申报材料进行评审。入围立项团队经公示后,正式发文公布。

3.培育建设。各立项的团队进一步细化和完善建设方案,明确建设目标任务,开展为期3年的团队建设,完成团队师资提升、培养方案制(修)订、教学改革、课程建设、教材开发、技术服务等任务。

4.考核验收。团队建设期中、期终,学院统一组织考核、验收。期中、期终考核未按进度完成建设任务、达不到绩效考核要求的,取消建设资格。期终验收合格的,正式认定为院级教师教学创新团队,并优先推荐省市级职业教育教师教学创新团队申报。

四、申报时间

 2023年4月15日前由各系(部)统一收齐后将汇总表(附件4)、申报书(附件1、附件2附件3)电子版以系(部)为单位报送至教务处李丽容老师处。
